Shipping & Refunds
Shipping costs for all orders will be calculated during the checkout process prior to an order being accepted. Different shipping options will be made available for selection where available. Orders will not be able to be processed unless a shipping option is selected.
Animal Health Supplies ships all orders from Australia. We will ship orders within Australia and to many countries around the world. We use Australia Post to ship most of our orders. Within Australia we use parcel post, express post or local couriers.
For orders outside of Australia, the following services are available:
International Economy Air mail – air mail for parcels up to 2kg, does not offer any tracking services
International Standard Air Mail – Offers a trackable service for items up to 20kg with 6+ business days delivery times
International Express Air Mail – EMS Post – faster than standard air mail with online tracking for parcels up to 20kg and delivery times of 4+ business days
Upon request and/or depending on the order we can use FedEx or DHL or TNT.
Some goods are required to be stored in refrigerated conditions. Express services are required for these products and where not selected we will contact you to upgrade the freight service. These goods will be packed in polystyrene foam boxes and shipped with ice packs.
For orders sent via air mail, we can provide proof of despatch of goods. However, goods sent via economy air mail cannot be tracked and where insurance is not purchased, Animal Health Supplies is not responsible for non-delivery of goods.
Insurance included with a shipment only covers loss or damage in transit and claims cannot be made where items are withheld by customs. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering products from Animal Health Supplies. Animal Health Supplies will not be responsible for any loss due to import or other restrictions.
No products sold through this website have been registered outside Australia by Animal Health Supplies. All products are ordered at your own responsibility. Please check with your authorities for import restrictions.
Animal Health Supplies can provide a refund for your order if the goods supplied:
- are or become faulty through no fault of your own
- are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
- don’t match our description or sample
- have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked for proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.
If you prefer an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired. A store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
